Our trained caregiver will visit your home to provide assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, companionship, and other essential tasks. You can schedule respite cover for a few hours, a full day, overnight, or for longer periods, depending on the needs of the family caregiver and the individual receiving care.
How does it work?
At Verona Homecare, we begin by conducting an assessment to understand the needs of both the individual requiring care and their family caregiver. This helps us determine the level of care required and the duration of respite services needed. We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate the needs of the family caregiver. Respite care services can be arranged for a few hours, a full day, overnight, or for several days or weeks, depending on the caregiver’s needs and availability. Our caregivers are trained professionals who are experienced in providing compassionate and reliable care. During the respite period, our caregivers provide support with a range of tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, and light housekeeping. Our goal is to ensure that the individual receiving care remains safe, comfortable, and engaged while the family caregiver takes a break.
